Free school meal applications go online

New applications for Free School Meals can now be made online, via the Council’s website.

Our Benefit Support Team has worked with the Web Team to develop the online application system, making it quicker and easier for qualifying families in the city to apply. Applicants will no longer need to submit a paper application as the short online form can be completed from personal devices at home.

Applicants with queries or who need support should contact the Free School Meals line on 029 2053 7250 where members of the team will be able to resolve most queries without the need for an appointment. Access to PCs on an appointment-only basis is available in hubs across the city for anyone without access to a device or the internet.

Ceisiadau am Brydau Ysgol am Ddim yn mynd ar-lein

Gellir gwneud ceisiadau newydd am Brydau Ysgol am Ddim ar-lein erbyn hyn, drwy wefan y Cyngor.

Mae ein Tîm Cymorth Budd-daliadau wedi gweithio gyda Thîm y We i ddatblygu’r system gwneud cais ar-lein, gan ei gwneud yn gyflymach ac yn haws i deuluoedd cymwys yn y ddinas wneud cais. Ni fydd angen i ymgeiswyr gyflwyno cais papur mwyach gan y gellir llenwi’r ffurflen fer ar-lein o ddyfeisiau personol gartref.

Dylai ymgeiswyr sydd ag ymholiadau neu sydd angen cymorth gysylltu â’r llinell Prydau Ysgol am Ddim ar 029 2053 7250 lle bydd aelodau’r tîm yn gallu datrys y rhan fwyaf o ymholiadau heb fod angen apwyntiad. Mae mynediad at gyfrifiaduron personol ar sail apwyntiad yn unig ar gael mewn hybiau ledled y ddinas i unrhyw un sydd heb fodd o ddefnyddio dyfais na’r rhyngrwyd.
