Seiclo yn ddiogel mewn grŵp, er mwyn ysbrydoli ein gilydd i deithio'n iach i'r ysgol. Mae hwyluswyr mewn siacedi llachar yn diogeli'r cwbwl, ac yn cadw trefn ar y croesfannau ayb. Gweler fideos isod.

Cycling safely in a group, inspiring each other to make active journeys to school. Marshalls with hi-vis jackets keep everyone safe, and arrange safe passage at junctions etc. See videos below.

• Sut i helpu'r hwyluswyr:  How to help the marshalls:

- Cadw i'r chwith, ac os bosib peidio â chroesi dros linell ganol y ffordd.

Keep to the left and if possible don't cross over the centre line of the road.

- Rhieni i seiclo ar ochr pellaf y grŵp (ar y dde o’r grŵp) er mwyn helpu'r plant gadw i'r chwith.

 Parents try and ride on the outside (right) of the group to help the kids keep to the left.

- Cadw at ein gilydd fel un bws mawr - dal lan â'n ffrindiau er mwyn osgoi gapiau mawrion. Os yw hwn yn anodd, rhoi neges i'r hwyluswyr, er mwyn arafu flaen y bws.

Keep together as one big bus - catch up with friends ahead to avoid big gaps. If this is hard, tell a marshall, the front of the bus can slow down.

Yw’r Bws Beic ar y ffordd, neu’r palmant? Is the Bws Beic on the road or the pavements?

Mae’r Bws Beic ar y ffordd. Mae yna dîm o hwyluswyr (gwirfoddolwyr o rieni ac o’r ysgol) yn cadw pawb yn ddiogel ac ar wahan i’r traffig.

The Bws Beic is on the roads. We have a team of marshalls (parent and school volunteers) to keep everyone safe and separated from traffic.

Ife ond plant sy’n ymuno, neu rhieni â phlant? Is it just kids or parents and kids?

Gall blant deithio ar eu pennau eu hun os ydynt fel arfer yn teithio i’r ysgol yn annibynol (hynny yw, blwyddyn 6). Os na, bydd angen rhiant gyda nhw if od yn gyfrifol amdanynt, er enghraifft os ydynt yn syrthio, neu twll yn y teiar, ayb.

Kids can come on their own if they normally travel to school independently (i.e. year 6). Otherwise they need a grown up who’s responsible for them - in case of a fall, puncture etc.

Ydy’r bws yn dilyn yr un trywydd bob tro? Is it a similar route each time?

Ydy. Awn ar yr un trywydd bob tro. Ond unwaith mae’r trywydd yma yn gyfarwydd, ac os oes ddigon o wirfoddolwyr, baswn yn dwli ychwanegu trywydd ychwanegol dros mwy o ardal yr ysgol.

Yes- we will aim to keep this route every time. However, when we have this route bedded in, and enough volunteers etc we’d love to start running a second route covering more of the catchment area.

Ydyn ni yn gallu ymuno ar hyd y ffordd? Can we join along the route?

You can join anywhere where safe to do so along the route. We’ve also identified a good ‘Bike Bus Stop’ in Tynewydd, marked on the map with the orange icon.

Sut alla i wirfoddoli i helpu? How can I volunteer to help?
