Mae'r dudalen yma yn esbonio sut mae Ysgol Gymraeg Melin Gruffydd  yn gweithredu Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY). Bydd e'n esbonio'r broses o roi cymorth i ddysgwyr yn y dosbarth hyd at y broses o asesu i benderfynu os oes ADY a bod angen darpariaeth dysgu ychwanegol (DDY) ar ddysgwyr. This page explains how Additional Learning Needs (ALN) are catered for in Ysgol Gymraeg Melin Gruffydd. It will explain the process by which a child will be supported in class and the process of assessment to see whether they have ALN requiring Additional Learning Provision (ALP).
