Experiencing problems with Xpressions messaging app

Ask parents with the notifications issue with Xpressions to try logging-out of the app as described below and then remove the app and install it again on their mobile device making sure they accept the group permissions during installation, this should help with the push notifications issue – we have a guide for this issue on our Parents support site at the link: http://parents.groupcall.com/i-am-not-getting-notifications/

To log-out tap on the 3 bars at the top-left of the screen then tap on Settings and on the next screen tap on ‘Remove my Xpressions Account’ and then on Logout. Once logged-out and the app is installed please log-in again.
