Mrs Natasha Arnott
I am originally from the Gwendraeth Valley but began my teaching career at Melin Gruffydd in 2013. During my time at the school, I have had the pleasure of teaching across various year groups in Key Stage 2 and also completed my Masters in Educational Practice. I have a keen interest in ICT and Mathematics. In addition to this, I thoroughly enjoy my role as the International Links Co-ordinator and I am a member of the school’s New Curriculum team. I was lucky enough as part of my University degree to go and visit and teach at schools in Lesotho, South Africa for a short period of time which was an extremely invaluable experience.
I believe children’s happiness is key to their development and education and always try to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the classroom; where children feel safe and ready to learn. My main interests and hobbies include spending time with my family, particularly my little boy, and to enjoy the outdoors. I also love to travel and explore the world.
