Digital Kids Meet 3/11/15

Our Year 5 & 6 Digital Leaders met up with Bryn Deri Primary’s Digital Leaders as part of a Digital Kids Meet organised by both schools. The pupils were given the opportunity to discuss and trial a number of new technologies which included Scratch, Kodu, Mindcraft, Raspberry Pis, Lego Mindstorms as well as filming a video using a ‘Green Screen’ to document their experiences. Thank you to Bryn Deri Primary for being such fantastic hosts!

Yr Hen Lyfrgell – Welsh Language and Cultural Centre

This Autumn, The Old Library – Cardiff’s Welsh language and culture centre, opens in the Hayes. The goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive hub in the heart of our capital city that celebrates , promotes and facilitates Welsh as a living language for all Cardiff’s citizens and its visitors. The centre will offer a wide range of activities and services to attract people of all ages and backgrounds through the doors – whatever their lingustic background or interest. To ensure that we provide the right mix of services at the centre we need to hear the views of the people of Cardiff about what you’d like to see offered there. This questionnaire is a means of gathering opinions and information that will help us in planning the first stages of this exciting project. Many thanks for your support.

Would you kindly take 3 minutes of your time to complete this questionnaire, link below;
